ENTREE aims to help teachers improve their resilience. A first step, therefore, is to get clear what resilience is. This is done by the development of a conceptual framework for enhancing individual resilience. Which factors play a role in strengthening resilience and which put the individual resilience at risk?
Based on this framework, the partners participating in ENTREE develop material for professional development modules. These materials will be provided in two ways: in face-to-face training modules and on the website as self-directed online training modules. Furthermore, there will be webinars that support the self-directed learning modules.
By providing those professional development modules, this website will serve as a platform for young teachers to learn more about their individual resilience. By using the modules and being part of ENTREE, teachers can share their experiences of being a teacher in Europe across borders.
